UNE: Oui, our HDMI recorder supports the external Hard drive and playback via HDMI output.

Q: If both the TF card and U disk are connected, can they be supported at the same time?

Q: This device only records HDMI directly from cameras, not edited camera files from my computer; donc, it’s unsuitable for my needs.

UNE: We tested the HDMI signal output from other devices to our HDMI recording device. I don’t know which parameters you changed in the HDMI signal you mentioned after editing. If you have relevant video files, please send them to us for verification.

Our equipment is only for the general HDMI signal standard. We do not make any promises to guarantee the use of any specially processed HDMI signal. Regarding the failure to burn, a big reason is related to the TF card. Because it is an HDMI signal and has 1080p, please check whether your TF card is a high-speed card. You cannot use a low-speed card. The capacity should be less than 1TB.
